Again we like to apologize what happened in the last couple of days. It seems that one disaster after another happened. We take full responsibility of what happened and we are really sorry about all inconvenience this caused.
Unfortunate we have not been able to figure out how some players managed to use multiple vouchers on .com and if you have any information about this we would love to hear from you.
Due to this is will not be possible anymore for us to hand out vouchers in general. At least not for the time being.
We are still reviewing last weeks events, not only for ourselves to learn from our mistakes and make sure this will not happen again but also to see if there is anything we can do for our players.
